Below is a link to Suzuki Japan's specs. page for the Tempter, which uses the 400cc motor. If you look under the line that lists "396" (obviously the displacement), there are two numbers that I'm sure are the bore and stroke - 88.0 and 65.2. If you run the math on them, you come up with 396.55cc.
The 650 has a bore and stroke of 94mm X 94mm.
